Refund Policy

Scope

This refund policy applies to all purchases made on Lifestil.net. We are a private individual seller based in Romania (Navodari).

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us first at support@lifestil.net. Once your return is authorized, you must mail your product to our official return address: Strada T2 107, AP 8, Navodari, 905700, Romania. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
