We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it;

In its original packaging;

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To start a return, contact us first at support@lifestil.net — our team will provide you with instructions and the return address.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@lifestil.net within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
